changed the rules relative to the size of a package that can be shipped
by Priority Mail, the cost to ship a Filbert Pump via Priority Mail has
effectively
doubled. As a result,
we are no longer shipping
Filbert Pumps via Priority Mail.
We now ship most of our packages with DHL Ground or FedEx Ground. They
have been providing good service, and delivery about everywhere takes
3 to 5 days.
If
you need faster service Priority Mail and Express Mail are still options,
but considerably more expensive. Contact us if you need this service.
International customers
A few customers have posed the question as to why we use Global Express
rather than a less expensive shipping method for shipping to Europe. The
two least expensive options for shipping to places outside the US and
Canada are Global Express, and Global Priority. The Post Office tells
us that Global Express usually takes 3 to 5 days to most of Europe and
that Global Priority takes 7 to 10 days to most of Europe. Our experience,
however, tells us that Global Express usually takes about 7 days, and
has taken as long as 22 days. Our Experience with Global Priority tells
us that delivery times are in the range of 15 to 30 days. We believe that
the longer a shipment is en-route the more likely it will be damaged or
lost, which is why we ship Global Express. If you do not want your pump
shipped via Global Express contact us via e-mail or telephone before ordering.
The cost of a Filbert Pump including Global Express shipping to most countries,
is $140 USD.
Global Express delivery is usually less than 7 days.

If you are ordering more than one pump you must return to this page to
enter your color choices for each pump being ordered. To return to this
page from the shopping cart simply click the "Continue Shopping"

Be sure to remove any unwanted items from your shopping cart before selecting the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Do this by selecting the "Remove" box for the unwanted item and then select "Update Cart"
Color Choices: The Base, Handle, Top Disk, and Top Cap
can each be a different color. Color choices are Red, Blue, Yellow, Black,
Teal, Bright Orange, and Hot Pink. We will notify you if a color is not
available and ask if you want a second choice. All of the colors are displayed
on our home page along with some pumps with different color combinations
to give you an idea how the colors look together. The parts are identified
on the pump picture on the right.
On line purchases
are processed by PayPal. PayPal is a secure way to buy on line. We have
not had any reports of security problems using PayPal. We do not see your
credit card information when you use PayPal. You do not need
to have a PayPal account to use their service when using our shopping
cart system. If you do not want to buy on line, or do not
want to use PayPal, there are other ways to purchase a Filbert Pump. Call
us or e-mail us to make arrangements for other forms of payment including
money orders, business checks, and bank deposits.
